Most pictures will be of the exact product that you are purchasing, however there may be some product pictures that are there for illustration purposes only, i.e. Tumble Stones, Books etc.

In these cases, we will pick the best example that we have in stock.

If we receive returned goods without this procedure being followed, we will not be liable for any loss or damage. The customer must return the goods in their original condition and as far as practicable in the same packaging. All items must be returned via recorded delivery. ​
